Do you carry complete RC vehicles or just parts?
We specialize in upgrade parts and components for enthusiasts who want to build or tune their machines. For complete build kits, check our “Scale” and “Formula 1” categories – these include all essential components for professional-level assembly.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for fast, secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Why was my order declined?

Why don’t you ship to my country?
Due to complex customs regulations, we currently exclude certain Asian regions and remote locations. Enter your address at checkout to verify eligibility. Want us to reconsider your region? Email [email protected] with your location – we’re constantly expanding!
My tracking hasn’t updated in days – what should I do?
Courier scans sometimes lag, especially with EMS. Wait 3 business days, then email us your order #. We’ll contact the carrier and get you a status update within 24 hours.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
Changed your mind about that BD9 body or aluminum upgrade? No drama! Just:
  1. Notify us within 15 days of delivery
  2. Return items unused in original packaging
  3. You cover return shipping (we refund product cost only)
Note: Opened batteries/tools may incur 15% restocking fee.
Do you offer product warranties?
All parts include a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty. For racing components under competitive stress (like drift transmission parts), we recommend inspecting upon arrival and before first use. Found an issue? Email clear photos/video to [email protected] for fastest resolution.
I received a damaged item – what now?
Despite our pro-grade packaging, shipping happens! Email photos of both the damaged item and packaging to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. We’ll rush a replacement via your original shipping method at no cost.
