Shipping Information

Order Processing

Our pit crew processes orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for non-urgent orders
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Promise

We accept returns of most unused, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for return:

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless item arrived damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Batteries: 2s (7.4v) and Car Batteries
  • Tools: Bearing Tools, Body Reamers, Ball End Hex Tips
  • Opened electronics and special order items

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to get back on track:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use the template below)
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the return using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for high-value items)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Need a different gear ratio or body style? We’ll get you sorted:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchange shipping is free for customers in the continental U.S.
  • International customers pay actual shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your competition-grade aluminum part arrives damaged or your 48-pitch gears don’t mesh properly:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We’ll send a replacement immediately (no need to return the damaged item in most cases)
  • For high-value items, we may require return of the defective product
